Bookings affected by COVID-19 lockdown

by CapeNature

You still need that break – don’t cancel, postpone. During lockdown our contact centre is still open for new bookings, rescheduling and reimbursements. Call or book online.

In light of the lockdown measures announced by President Cyril Ramaphosa, CapeNature reserves were closed from 25 March 2020 until the end of April. Bookings may still be made for the period from 08 May 2020. Visitors who confirmed bookings with CapeNature for the period between 25 March and 07 May 2020 will have their bookings moved to a later date of their choice, outside of the closure period, or have the option to be reimbursed.

The shutdown will be inclusive of all activities on CapeNature reserves. Please call our Contact Centre on one of the following numbers to make a booking for after the lockdown period or to discuss your preferred booking amendments:

  • 061 8712539
  • 074 936 2139
  • 062 318 4987
  • 061 855 4066

The safety and well-being of our employees and visitors remain a top priority.
