Filming - FAQ

  • How does the Full Map feature work?

The Full Map page is an interactive map that helps you to find the reserve you're looking for. The green pins are our nature reserves - hover over the pin to see the reserve name, and click on the pin to be taken to the page for that reserve. The blue circles with numbers on indicate that there are multiple reserves in that region. Click on the circle, and the map will zoom in, allowing you to see, and select, the individual reserves.
In light of Covid-19, CapeNature has put necessary measures into place to minimise risk around filming and external outdoor events. We also appreciate the proactive safeguards implemented by our events and filming partners.

Filming applications can still be processed through our official service provider Permitz (T):  021 200 0764 (A/H) Cell:  082 880 4649 Skype: jacquelinetranmere or

In line with current national legislature surrounding COVID-19, please be advised that film sets of more than 100 persons will not be permitted on CapeNature reserves at this time.
