This is the ideal spot if you don’t want the hassle of pitching your own tent! The old horse stables have been converted into two separate ‘rooms’, each room sleeps four people and each has its own entrance. The stables are rented out to only one group at a time. Between the two rooms is a kitchen area with a table, chairs, enamel crockery and cutlery and a 2-plate gas stove and a solar fridge. There is electricity and water on tap but remembers to bring your torches. Mattresses are provided for the beds but you will need to bring your own bedding. A sheltered lapa/braai area is situated just in front of the stables.
Eco-friendly waterless toilets are just a step away from the facilities. The camp sites and stables share a hot water (solar) ablution facility close to the office that consists of gents and ladies shower and flushing toilets and an outdoor work-surface and sink or scullery! (about 50m from the site).
