Robberg Nature Reserve named Best Outdoor Activity in 2026 Readers’ Choice Awards

14 Oct 2026

Robberg Nature Reserve has been named the Best Outdoor Activity in the Best of Knysna & Plett Readers’ Choice Awards 2026.

The recognition follows months of nominations and voting by communities across Knysna, Plettenberg Bay and Sedgefield, making the award a meaningful reflection of the place Robberg holds in the local community.

Located along the spectacular Plettenberg Bay coastline, Robberg offers visitors the opportunity to experience some of the Garden Route’s most remarkable natural scenery. Its trails wind through rugged coastal landscapes, past dramatic cliffs and viewpoints, with opportunities to encounter wildlife and experience the area’s rich natural and cultural heritage.

For CapeNature, the award is a celebration of both the reserve and the people who continue to visit, explore and support it.

Thank you to everyone who voted for Robberg and helped make this recognition possible.
